LIPTON CAR WASH

Summer “Unlimited for Life” Membership Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MASSACHUSETTS WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes is Lipton, Inc, PO Box 1149, Pittsfield, MA 01202 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “Lipton”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social-media platform, and each entrant releases those platforms from any claim arising out of the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to individual legal residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you accept and agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 28, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter, each with an equal chance of winning:

(a) Automatic entry (with a membership). During the Entry Period, each eligible individual who is an active Lipton Car Wash Unlimited member — whether you enroll during the Entry Period or were already a member — is automatically entered one (1) time. An “active member” is determined as of the entry snapshot date/time set by Sponsor; a person with more than one membership receives one (1) entry. Automatic entry applies only to eligible Massachusetts residents; Sponsor will exclude members who are not eligible Massachusetts residents from the drawing. Enrolling in a paid membership requires payment; if you do not wish to pay, use the free method below. Entries vest when earned and are not forfeited if a membership is later cancelled or lapses.

(b) Free mail-in entry (no purchase necessary). Hand-print on a plain 3″ × 5″ card your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth, and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: “Unlimited for Life Sweepstakes,” PO Box 1149, Pittsfield, MA 01201. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2026 and received by August 3, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person by this method, and one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.

Limit: one (1) entry per person in total, regardless of method; any entries beyond that limit are void. Illegible, incomplete, altered, or mechanically reproduced entries are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. PRIZES

Prize Description Approx. Retail Value (ARV)

Grand Prize (1) A complimentary Lipton Car Wash Unlimited membership at Sponsor's top tier (currently the “Ultimate” plan), covering one (1) active vehicle at a time, provided at no charge for the winner's lifetime — subject to the conditions in Section 6. $500 per year. Total lifetime value to be set by Sponsor and counsel using a defined method — see Section 11.

Total ARV of all prizes: $800, plus the ongoing annual value of the Grand Prize. All prizes are awarded “as is,” are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If any advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

6. GRAND PRIZE — LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

(a) Duration; termination on change of control. The Grand Prize membership is provided at no charge beginning on the date it is activated and continuing until the earliest of (i) the death of the winner, or (ii) the date on which Sponsor ceases to own and operate a car wash, at which point the membership terminates and Sponsor will provide the winner reasonable advance notice and a short wind-down period. The Grand Prize has no fixed term, confers no ownership interest, is not a guarantee that Sponsor will continue to operate a car wash for any period, and does not bind, and is not assumed by, any future purchaser or successor owner of the car wash business.

(b) Personal to the winner; non-transferable and non-inheritable. The Grand Prize is personal to the individual winner only. It may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, shared, or bequeathed; it does not pass to the winner's heirs, estate, family, or household; and it terminates upon the winner's death. It may not be used by any person other than the winner.

(c) One vehicle at a time. The membership covers a single active vehicle at any one time, consistent with a standard Lipton Car Wash Unlimited membership. The winner may change the covered vehicle (for example, upon replacing the vehicle) by notifying Sponsor, but may not cover more than one vehicle at a time and may not use the membership for a fleet, for commercial or resale washing, or for any vehicle the winner does not personally own or lease and regularly drive.

(d) Plan and tier changes. If Sponsor changes its membership plans, tiers, pricing, services, or locations, the Grand Prize maps to Sponsor's then-current top tier, and Sponsor may substitute a substantially equivalent benefit.

(e) Location. The Grand Prize is redeemable at any car wash owned and operated by Sponsor. If one location closes but Sponsor operates one or more others, the membership will be honored at the remaining location(s).

(f) Suspension or termination for cause. Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Grand Prize if the winner materially abuses it or violates these Official Rules or Sponsor's ordinary membership terms.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about August 5, 2026, Sponsor (or its designee) will select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, including timely mail-in entries. Potential winners will be notified using the email address, phone number, and/or contact information associated with the entry, on or about August 5–7, 2026. A potential winner must respond and complete any required documents (Section

9) within five (5) days of Sponsor's first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached within that period, does not respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected at random from the remaining eligible entries; Sponsor will award all prizes through successive alternates.

9. WINNER VERIFICATION

A potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and Massachusetts residency, and to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release within five (5) days of receipt. Any winner whom Sponsor intends to identify publicly must also sign and return a Publicity Release. Failure to return the required documents within the stated period, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

10. PUBLICITY

Sponsor will use a winner's name or likeness in advertising or promotional materials only where the winner has signed the Publicity Release described in Section 9. Where a winner does not sign the Publicity Release, Sponsor may still announce results generically (for example, “four winners”) without identifying the winner.

11. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099. [Note for Sponsor/accountant: for prizes awarded after December 31, 2025 the federal Form 1099-MISC prize-reporting threshold is $2,000 per recipient per calendar year (inflation-adjusted from 2027). Whether the Grand Prize stays below that threshold depends on the valuation method — valued year-by-year as the membership is provided (approx. $500/year) it is expected to fall below the threshold; valued as a single lump-sum grant at award it likely would not. Sponsor's accountant to determine the valuation method and any Massachusetts reporting; the ARV disclosed in Section 5 must be consistent with that method. The winner remains responsible for any tax owed whether or not a form is issued.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil law.

13. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undelivered entries or communications, or for any error, omission, interruption, or technical malfunction of any kind.

14. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices.

16. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner (available after August 20, 2026 for 90 days), mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: “Unlimited for Life Sweepstakes — Winner,” PO Box 1149, Pittsfield, MA 01202.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
